When You Visit
No appointment necessary.
When you arrive you will be registered promptly by our friendly team. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Our check-in process is simple and fast. Wait times are minimal. Please bring the following items with you:
- Photo identification and proof of insurance
- List of allergies, medications, past surgeries or medical conditions
- Payment for deductibles, co-pays or self-payment
- Patient forms you may have printed and completed prior to checking in
- Patients with upper respiratory infection symptoms including coughing or sneezing, will be asked to wear a mask to protect staff and other patients.
A member of our clinical team will escort you to an exam room to review your forms, take vital signs and discuss your reason for visiting. They may start any diagnostic tests needed such as X-rays, EKGs, or blood and urine tests. A provider will examine you, explain any test results and answer your questions or concerns. A diagnosis, treatment plan and any further instructions will be explained.
If medication is required you will be supplied with a prescription to fill at the pharmacy of your choice. Certain prescriptions will be available for purchase upon checkout.
